Which connection should I choose?
Choose IPv6-only for IPv6 compatible applications, development and private tooling. Choose IPv4 when your users or dependencies need public IPv4 connectivity. Both lines include IPv6.
Can I reach an IPv6-only server from IPv4?
Not directly. You need IPv6 connectivity or a compatible tunnel or proxy that you configure separately. IPv6-only plans do not include a public IPv4 address or an IPv4 translation service.
Where are the servers located?
Our VPS offering is hosted in the United States. Contact us to confirm the available facility before ordering. Our company mailing address is not a data center location.
Is the server managed for me?
These are self managed servers. You control your software, updates, firewall and backups. Our team helps with the supplied server and its underlying connectivity.
Which operating systems can I use?
Ask for Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux when you inquire. We confirm available images and versions with your order. Windows licensing is not included.
How does ordering work?
Choose a plan and fill in the request form. This form is an interactive preview. Submitting a request is available only in the local version. No payment is taken.
Can I upgrade or cancel?
Contact support to arrange an upgrade or cancel before your next billing date. Capacity changes depend on availability. Back up and export your data before changing or ending a service.
Are backups included?
Independent backups are your responsibility. Backup services are only included if expressly listed in your written order. Keep a copy outside your virtual server.
