Understand the cost before you order.
Prices and invoices
Catalog prices are in US dollars per month. Your written order confirms availability, resource allocation, the billing period and any taxes or extra charges before you pay. No purchase is completed on this website.
Renewal and cancellation
Request cancellation through support@telnetix.net before your next billing date. We confirm the service end date in writing. Export your data before service ends. Cancellation does not itself create an entitlement to a refund for a period already supplied.
Refund requests
Contact contact@telnetix.net with your invoice reference and the reason for your request. Eligibility depends on the confirmed order, the service supplied and applicable law. No blanket money back guarantee is offered. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected as appropriate.
Payment disputes
Tell us promptly about an unrecognized or inaccurate charge. We will investigate with the relevant payment provider. This process does not limit mandatory consumer rights or lawful payment dispute options.
