Submit a report
Send reports to admin@telnetix.net. Include the affected IP address or URL, UTC timestamps, a description and supporting logs where available. Provide a contact address so we can request clarification.
Copyright concerns
Identify the work you own or are authorized to represent, the material in question and its location. Explain the basis of your complaint and include your contact information. We may request a complete formal notice where applicable law requires it.
Review process
We review reports, may request further evidence and may notify the affected customer. We may act immediately to contain a credible threat. Do not include unrelated sensitive information; relevant parts of a report may need to be shared for investigation.
